Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event.  If the event does not have enough reservations by that time, there is the liklihood the event will be canceled.

Customer cancellations will be accepted up until 72 hours prior to the event without penalty.  After that, there is no refund - SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.  You can give away or resell your reservation but we must be notified who the person will be that is taking over your reservation.

All Hands-on Classes are limited to students age 12 and older unless otherwise noted.  All Classes and Tastings that include Wine are restricted to age 21 and older.  We card.

Couples Date Night: Come to the Caribbean!

Thursday, July 26, 5:30-7:30pm

Our couples date nights are a big hit! They are fun, entertaining and always delicious!  Tonight we are cookin’ up some Caribbean fare. Each couple will help prepare a mango jicama salad, fish with pineapple salsa and ginger cilantro cous-cous, and a fresh keylime pie tarts! Wines by the glass are available for purchase and expert pairings will be recommended.

Nothing says summer like a freshly baked pie! Today our expert baking instructor, Carol Tucker will guide you through how to make an easy summer fruit crostata, and a cool and delicious key lime pie!  You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to make the perfect pie crust! Ages 10 and older with an adult participant.  Bring an apron and a rolling pin!

Hands-on Class: "In a Pickle!"

Patricia Johnson - Guest Chef.  Summer is still in full swing and one way to use your garden veggies is to pickle them!  Today we will begin with a Peppadew Sriracha bloody mary(virgin for our younger crowd) with prepared pickled veggies…YUM!  Then, we will create a delicious summer appetizer with pickled shrimp and veggies in a lemon thyme vinegar concoction, a White Peach balsamic & tarragon golden pickled beets served on a goat cheese crostini, and ending with pickled onions to use on fish tacos and more.

Chef's Table: Farm to Table in the Carriage House

Spend a wonderful evening in our 1905 Vintage Carriage House for the Farm to Table Dining Event.  Tonight, we are sourcing everything possible from local farms, creameries, gardeners, and bakers! Our menu will be pork from the Green Finned Hippy Farms in Pocahontas, and the rest will be decided upon when we go to the local markets and see what is fresh and delicious.  Tonight's chefs, Shaine and Ellen.

Do you LOVE garlic?  Expert garlic grower and highly regarded cook & entertainer, Scarlett Foster will give an informative and delicious seminar on how to plant, grow, harvest and cook with all parts of the garlic bulb. You’ll taste a generous sample portion of roasted garlic & tomato bruchetta, 40 clove garlic soup with garlic bread, and an amazing homemade garlic scape pesto! Corks & Forks Wine & Food Pairing Demo Class

Thursday, August 30, 5:30-6:30pm

Kick off your Labor Day weekend with a fun & interactive class of wine and appetizer pairings. Tonight we will create 4 different appetizers that pair perfectly with the wines. Our menu will be peach & prosciutto crostini paired with a delightful white blend, a pickled shrimp & vegetable aperitif served with a perfect sauvignon blanc, a French mushroom tart served with a pinot noir, and a truffled beef & arugula crostini paired with a wonderful cabernet sauvignon.

Must be 21 to attend. Recipes will be given out in class, and a special saving certificates for those who attend the class.
