   Thursday, July 25, 5:30-7:00pm   

Grab your passport, for tonight we are going to Greece! You’ll enjoy a fresh Greek salad while we prepare a Mediterranean version of burgers & fries! We’ll show you how to make savory Lamb sliders with a fresh mint pistachio pesto, and delicious roasted garlic rosemary fries!  Wines by the glass are available for purchase.  Ages 8+ are welcome with an adult participant.

It's the first year of the new Vine Street Market at the NEW O'Fallon Station at the corner of East 1st and South Vine Streets!  The markets will take place, rain or shine, every Saturday May 11 through October 19 from 8am-Noon!  Locally-grown produce, locally-grown flowers, locally-raised meat products and artisans, too!  Live music will be featured, too! 

Every Market Saturday, beginning at 7:30am, THE VINE STREET CLUB which includes FEZZIWIG'S, SWEET KATIE BEE'S AND THE COFFEE HOUSE COMPANY will be there selling iced tea, fresh pastries and hot coffee!  Purchase a Vine Street Market Travel Mug or Vine Street Market Produce Carrier and get special deals from the three of us at the market!

FEZZIWIG'S will be featuring at least 3 iced teas for sale every Saturday through September and then hot teas in October (depending on the weather).

Today you’ll learn some tips and techniques on the many uses for your cast iron pans!  You’ll also learn how to season, care for and store your pans! Just like the Parisians do, we will walk down as a group to the very popular O’Fallon Vine Street Market to see what’s fresh and choose the best in meats, veggies, eggs, and other surprise goodies. Then, we will all go back to Fezziwig’s Kitchen and whip up something fabulous…just like the Parisians do. If you've never eaten at Peel in Clayton, Edwardsville or O'Fallon, you're missing a great experience.  Amazing wood-fired pizzas are their specialty since they first opened in Edwardsville.  In 2014, they opened their biggest restaurant in O'Fallon with their own brewery that produces some amazing beers and ales.  Now, Patrick Thirion, one of the owners, is coming to FEZZIWIG'S to do their first ever "Chef's Table" with us!  You'll learn from the master at this class/food experience.

Back by very popular demand is Shoba Shekar, marketing guru and wizard of Indian cuisine! If you missed the SOLD OUT class in May, you’ll want to be sure to take this one with an all new menu! Tonight, Shoba will share with you the history and traditions of the dishes and give you helpful tips on how to prepare these delicious recipes. Our menu will be an Indian Summer Pizza on naan bread, poached shrimp salad with mango, guava and a yogurt lime dressing and a Tandoori blackened salmon with garam masala rice.   You won't leave hungry!

The end of summer is less than 30 days away and staying slim can be a challenge. Today we will create some delicious and new recipes that will help you stay true to your goal!  On the menu are fresh summer greens with peaches with shaved parmesan and homemade vinaigrette, Israeli cous-cous in a garden tomato, grilled or poached fish with an herbed chimichurri sauce and an unexpected light and healthy lemon sorbet.

Come on down to New Orleans for a wonderful evening of French Quarter cuisine!  Tonight our guest chef Kristine Matthews, a native of New Orleans (and former Fezziwig's teammate) will be cookin' up a crab cake served over fresh greens with a kicked up mustard sauce, crawfish & shrimp etouffee with rice, and bananas foster for dessert!  YUM!

Wines by the glass are available for purchase. 

All paid guests receive a storewide discount offer to use following dinner on the purchase of any in-stock merchandise.  (Gift cards, reservations, table service are not included.)

Please note:  A "Chef's Table" is a dining event AT $50 plus a $4.43 sales tax.  An 8.85% SALES TAX has been added.  But, there is no tipping!

Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event.  If the event does not have enough reservations by that time, there is the liklihood the event will be canceled.

Customer cancellations will be accepted up until 72 hours prior to the event without penalty.  After that, there is no refund - SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. 
You can give away or resell your reservation but we must be notified who the person will be that is taking over your reservation.

All Hands-on Classes are limited to students age 12 and older unless otherwise noted.  All Classes and Tastings that include Wine are restricted to age 21 and older.  We card.

We reserve the right to substitute guest chefs, recipes or ingredients if necessary.
