Kick off your Labor Day weekend with a fun & interactive class of wine and appetizer pairings. Tonight we will create 4 different appetizers that pair perfectly with the wines. Our menu will be peach & prosciutto crostini paired with a delightful white blend, a pickled shrimp & vegetable aperitif served with a perfect sauvignon blanc, a French mushroom tart served with a pinot noir, and a truffled beef & arugula crostini paired with a wonderful cabernet sauvignon.

Must be 21 to attend. Recipes will be given out in class, and a special saving certificates for those who attend the class.

Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event.  If the event does not have enough reservations by that time, there is the liklihood the event will be canceled.

Customer cancellations will be accepted up until 72 hours prior to the event without penalty.  After that, there is no refund - SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.  You can give away or resell your reservation but we must be notified who the person will be that is taking over your reservation.

All Hands-on Classes are limited to students age 12 and older unless otherwise noted.  All Classes and Tastings that include Wine are restricted to age 21 and older.  We card.
